Tony Abou-Ganim, the imported “Modern Mixologist,” has created a meticulously designed menu, featuring artistic signature cocktails crafted with fresh ingredients.

Abou-Ganim’s celebrated career began at the Brass Rail Bar in Port Huron, Michigan, where he learned the tradition of classic cocktails and professional barmanship. He relocated to San Francisco post-college, where he gained a deep appreciation for a well made cocktail using only the freshest ingredients, a staple for Abou-Ganim’s future cocktail presentations. From there, he traded the West Coast for Manhattan, where he worked with Mario Batali at Po in the West Village, and was soon hand selected by Steve Wynn to design the signature cocktails for all 22 bars at the Bellagio Las Vegas Resort. Abou-Ganim is currently featured on the Iron Chef America “Battle Mango” competition with Mario Batali, and he has justed released his first DVD “Modern Mixology: Making Great Cocktails at Home.” Today, Abou-Ganim directs a consulting firm, where he shares his innovative approach to specialty drinks, tantalizing the palates of all who sip. For more information on all things Abou-Ganim, visit www.themodernmixologist.com
